The trial of Alfred Plock differed from previous trials in that it did not have an explicitly political background. A group of engineers from the Ministry of Post, Industry, and Standard Electric were charged solely because they wanted to implement a revolutionary technological innovation and turn Prague into the headquarters of a new pan-European telecommunications system. Among other things, they wanted to enhance their country's prestige on the international stage. However, it was precisely this intention that aroused the suspicion of the security authorities and Soviet advisers. They therefore decided to take decisive action.

Five friends, Travis, D, Rez, Ange and J are free to do whatever they want. They're in control. Flying high. No rules. Good times... but you know it, the trouble is life gets in the way and that's deadly.

A report of embezzlement is made against Helenka, a popular clerk at the village post office. The investigation reveals that she is 200 crowns short and the girl commits suicide. Her protector and friend, the gendarmerie sergeant Brejcha, does not believe that the girl is capable of any crime, and he investigates how the money was actually stolen. Apparently, someone stole her money when she turned away from her window. He gets further clues from the new clerk who took over after Helenka...

It all starts when two men arrive at the asylum. Mr. Houdek, who goes to see little Honzik Slavata, the illegitimate child of his colleague, whom he wants to adopt, and young Standa Hurych, who takes up a position as a driver. The pretty nurse Magda mistakes Standa for his father and is angered by his reaction. However, when Mrs. Houdková insists that the adoption will not take place until the child's true father is known, Standa offers to help Magda track down the father. He immediately sets about the difficult task.

Miroslav Donutil's entertaining show takes you to a club on Šelepova Street in Brno, which left an indelible mark on Moravian cultural life in the 1960s. That is why the actor chose this place to reminisce about his student years in Brno. Four good friends from their youth—Karel, Filip, Pupík, and Caprio—meet over a beer at a pub. During this gathering, memories of the legendary Bambus camp, where they regularly went in their youth and spent the best years of their lives, keep coming back to them. Out of pure nostalgia, they decide to visit the camp again—but this time on bikes! Since Karel has just left the army, Filip has quit his job as a doctor at a women's clinic, and Caprio is a freelance actor, they have plenty of time. Pupík takes time off work, and they're ready to go! At the last minute, however, Karel is put in charge of his teenage son Jura, who, like his father, is not at all happy about spending several days together. But everything is already planned, so in the spirit of Karel's military motto, "Just us, instinct, and nature," the five set off for Bambus Camp...
